1. Upgrade to IPB 2.22 the latest Cause this version has a lot of security holes that could get hacked (Trust me)

2. Install a shoutbox

3. Get some kick ass skins ^__^

I agree with the upgrade to 2.22, but doesn't that cost money? (I hope not)

I agree with the shoutbox but only if you have to register, in my experience when shoutboxes don't need registration they get abused.

I like the current skin, but maybe add a few extra so that users can choose.

A. We can't unless you are going to buy it or get it for us. Its not free you know They broke their #1 rule.

 

B. Shoutbox is not needed. This is not a mini forum or one of those... we are trying to keep things professional, but really, i dont think we need a shoutbox....

 

C. Skins, well, we can do... but its not really necessary, common, its just a support forum, lol.

Ya that sucks that IPB is no longer free, so I guess we should just use this. I'm pretty sure people have patched those security holes.

 

I have seen forums where they have a little shoutbox that spans the width of the page and blends in quite nicely. Another site I know has a link on the top menubar of the IPB and you click it and it brings you to a page with a shoutbox.

 

This may very well be a support forum, but it can still look good while doing its job!

No... As new versions come out they prefer you upgrade, but they will still help you if you have IPB 2.1.7, but that version too is not free... and before you can get support, you must be a member also....

XD A shoutbox would really be nice though.
