What ever I do or try cannot make to run server. When I run Disk Start.vbs I always get this message:

When I run Server_Start.bat always get message:

The disk w is busy. Use 'Disk Start.vbs' [disk letter]

Someone know what is wrong???

Do you have a drive called W:/ already on your PC?

No. I do not have. And for any other letter I have the same messages

Do you have Apache installed seprately on your PC, have any other server running like IIS?

Before Uniform server I have uninstall Apache server. I am also have PHP5, and bin uninstall them too. I am even try to instal MySQL but without success. Then I have found Uniform server on the Net and cannot make them to work. Apache and PHP has work super, but MySQL is never work. I only need Uniform server so I can install phpBB forum locally and work with stiles.

Ok, so you have installed Apache and PHP before, what you have to do is uninstall them. They cause errors and wont let Uniform Server function. Uninstall everyhting, Apache, PHP and MySQL if you have them as a standard install on your PC.

But I am done that before I was download Uniform server.

I need you to check to make sure they are not still installed on your PC, because if they are, then thats part of the problem.

 

If they are not, go to C:/Windows and C:/Windows/System32

 

Look for a file called LIBMYSQL.DLL and delete it if you find it in any of those folders....

I looked for LIBMYSQL.DLL and do not have that file. Also double checked if all is uninstall, but no success. So I found another solution. Thnx anyway folks!!!

Why was he running the VBS file? Why wasn't he running the BAT file?

Probably didn't work either...?
