    for miniserver mediawiki how do i update php 5.2.6 to 7.3.19?

    I recently got the mini server MediaWiki as I've been having issues with xampp. I transferred my mediawiki to it, but it requires 7.3.19 while this comes with 5.2.6. I've tried to transfer files from the xampp php to this one, but then I get a "php startup unable to load dynamic library, specific module doesn't exist" error. I've tried many different combinations, either resulting in the same error, not loading, or not recognizing the update. So does anyone know how to do this, as I can't figure it out?
