As per the release notes for the latest release 8.6.6 of Uniform Server released yesterday, the International support plug-in is supposed to be 8.4.7. Which is not available for download on the sourceforge page. Please refer note-4 on this link. 8.6.6 release note it tells to download the same from intl plugin but the download page does not contain the referred plug-in Please provide ASAP
