I too am a long time on and off user of Uniserver and came back to test this latest version. I have experienced the exact same problem while using Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit. The strange thing is, if I use the "start as a service" option, then it works on C:\Uniserver. As suggested, I downgraded to 8.1.2. Unfortunately, I am not able to get that to load, at all. Start_as_program.exe executed from an administrator command prompt simply opens a blank window.
