  1. I do have apache started now after commenting out LoadModule php5_module "C:/UniServer/usr/local/php/php5apache2.dll" LoadModule php5_module "C:/UniServer/usr/local/php/php5apache2_2.dll" is enabled. I still am unable to access any of phpmyadmin, admin panel, etc. apache is unable to server php files.
  2. I was upgrading uniform server from 5.6.7 to 5.6.14. Some how I lost file associations. System asked to find application to run index.php. I selected php.exe. I realized this was a mistake. launching phpmyadmin results in following error: C:\Users\LarryL\AppData\Local\Temp\XijEuRqh-1.part could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences. admin panel also does not run. When checking server status, apache will not start. removing unform server and reinstalling it does not resolve issue.
