    Since my original post, I've moved the site (forms) in question to: http://www.sparklinginterior.com/quote.html I'd like to incorporate PHP to receive people's inquiry. There, they have to complete the form and submit. This is where I'd like to receive their information and I need help to incorporate that, a database. I've never done this before and will be using mySQL. Thanks!
