    ok. thanks i solved this problem open \UniServer\diskw\usr\local\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf file find this line => AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1 change with this => AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-9

    I use this server prg. on WinXP(Turkish) and IE6 Turkish (also Firefox 1.5) but Turkish character are not shown this characters: ĞğİıŞş please look attached picture. some chr.s are not turkish sorry for my eng.
