I found the problem... I use TugZip (very good freeware archiver with 7z and cab support build in). When I decompress content with TugZip, it doesn't create empty folder I suggest for future version to put inside logs folder a text file like folder.txt (with some content inside like "log folder for apache"), cause maybe others archiver doesn't decompress empty folder

I had the same problem and here it's the solution: enter on UniServer3_2a\diskw\usr\local\Apache2 and here create a new folder with name "logs" Now you can run UniServer simply by clicking on start.bat
