You need to redirect port 80 (HTTP) from your computer to the computer running the Apache web server. You can do this through your router or firewall settings. The port number you use for redirection may be different, so check your router or firewall documentation.

I also have this problem from time to time. Some viruses and malware can rename or delete files to hide their presence or make them harder to remove. If you suspect that your computer is infected with a virus or malware, you should run an anti-virus scan.
