Replace phpMyBackupPro with Sypex Dumper

I use it for backup and restore my 12 GB database, with nice speed, without any errors. It's "must-have" mysql tool of russian admins.

Starting with Uniform Server Zero 10.2.3 Sypex Dumper is supported by a plugin Zero_sypex_dumper_2_0_10.exe.

Small hint to optimize backups

Use uncompressed backup, Luke.. It is amazing fast! Then, use 7z or RAR in SSH for fast compress of huge database, if necessary.
