just add the DNS as show on the page ("migrate" for your OS). it is even faster then the most default DNS (from your provider for example) in providing the default TLDs.

Yes. It supports the special ones and the default ones while beeing ultra fast. just choose a DNS server near u from the list.

http://www.opennic.glue and http://www.geek is good start if have setup your network settings or router options.
