ok i do NOT know what to do remember i am completly new to the idea of this program now if someone could point me in the right direction thats GREAT. also skip the extracting part im not feble and stupid :) i just need to know how to use it. :)

This is a web server, you understand that, right.

To use it:

Run the start.bat file in the extracted folder.

Navigate to localhost in your web browser

Put your web files in the www folder.

Assuming you wish to use the server in production (on the internet)

Its a server, you can use it to test your product before uploading it to a production live server, or you can use it as a live server.
