Is there no one who will help a blind user trying to get things working right??? BUMP

Hey, all, I am a blind/visually impaired user. I'm trying to set up a small server on a home network that is running wired and wireless. I am using a NetGear DGN 2200. The laptop I want to set up the server on is wireless and using Windows Vista 64 bit and has Vipre Security which includes AntiVirus and Firewall. I want to be able to access the server from other computers - laptops and desktops - that are connected via a LAN, two are connected by wire, the other two are wireless. What do I need to do to my router and my laptop to make this work? I've read through the forum posts, the wiki and the documentation - for Uniform Server and for my Router without anything I can figure out. Since I'm using a Screen Reader, can you please let me know what the difficulty of doing this is. My wife is sighted, but due to her work schedule isn't able to help immediately.
